Sour Cream Glazed Doughnuts

For the Doughnuts: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray four wells of a doughnut pan with coconut oil.In a large bowl, whisk together butter, sour cream, allulose, egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Add almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, psyllium husk powder, salt, and cinnamon, and whisk to combine.Immediately pour batter into prepared wells of doughnut pan and tap pan down to help batter spread out in the wells. Let pan rest 3 minutes for batter to thicken.Bake 15–17 minutes until doughnuts are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.Let doughnuts cool in the pan for a couple minutes, then turn them out onto a wire rack to cool completely.For the Glaze: Once doughnuts are cooled, whisk together all glaze ingredients in a small bowl.Dip the top of each doughnut in glaze and then return doughnuts to a wire rack for glaze to set. Let glaze harden before serving.
