Ingredients: Bean-zyme contains: Alpha-galactosidase enzyme (from food grade mold, the same as Beano) 400 GALU/Tablet, cellulose, vegetable sterins, silica.

If more than one serving of a problem food in a meal take more than 1 tablet.

Typically ½ cup of baked beans is a serving. It has no impact on foods like meats, dairy or fruits.

At meal’s onset, start with maximum # of tablets you think you should take based on the above information, then via trial and error reduce the # of tablets until you get the max benefit from the min # of tablets.

The active ingredient, alpha galactosidase enzyme, is a protein, digested like any other protein if in excess. So there really is no limit to the number of tablets you can take.
