Starting with a single product in 1984 the company has grown steadily and now sells over 30 products, with new items being added all the time to thousands of customers nationwide, including veterinarians, breeders, groomers, trainers, pet owners and leading pet and health food chains.
How It All Started
The very first product, Dr. Goodpet Eye-C, was originally created by co-founder Louis Gottlieb and formulated for his own eyes, having dealt with cataracts for years and the blend of Vitamin C and Zinc seemed to work the best. From there he had the idea that this would work great for dogs and cats with eye issues as well, and the rest is history.
